  • 4 hours minimum booking apply to all rates (This means 4 hours must be paid even if the event is less than 4 hours long)
  • 5 hour minimum booking applies for events outside of Manhattan or parts of Brooklyn & Queens ( areas that are not accessible by the NYC MTA trains are subject to $50.00+ additional fee to cover costs of traveling)
  • Rates for major holidays and same day bookings are subject to change.

It’s a simple process that will take you 3 steps:

Yes, we have Worker’s Compensation Insurance and also can provide a General Liability Insurance with the specific venue listed for a small additional cost.

While we are sometimes able to staff events on short notice, we encourage you to contact us at least two weeks in advance to ensure the availability of our wait staff. We are very busy at certain times of the year, so to avoid inconvenience, please book in, as soon as possible.

For your convenience we highly suggest the following ratios:

BUFFET STYLE:

25 guests to 1 waiter

SITDOWN DINNER

1 waiter per table of 8-12 seat tables (One server for every 2 tables when using plasticware)

NOTE: To serve wine, water or juices to your guests at sit down dinners, additional wait staff may be required.

BARTENDERS:

A minimum of one bartender is required for every 50 to 70 guests.

Additional bartenders may be needed for the following :

  • 1. to serve blended or frozen drinks (drinks that require a bit more time & attention).
  • 2. for high volume of guests in a short period of time
  • 3. To keep the bar stocked, more servers/barbacks also may be needed.

The wait staff will need at least 1.5 hour, before your event starts to set up a cocktail reception and 2 hours for a plated meal or a buffet. Allow 1 hour following the event for break down.

Our staff members have a minimum of two years’ experience in hospitality industry. We hire people with strong referrals and recommendations.

Tipping is not necessary or expected, but it is always deeply appreciated. If, you feel like tipping your staff for a job well done, you can always do it directly with them at the end of the event.

Our quote is based on 4-5 hours minimum reservation. However, you reserve the right to hold wait staff for additional hour (up to 2 hours only) following the event. Standard rates per hour apply. Should you foresee yet longer hours, you should notify us in advance.
